All email requests for an appointment will be returned (usually on the same day) with a secure encrypted email. If you are unable to open the email, please call us at 919/220-7546.

Please note we do require a 24 hour notice to cancel appointments (48 hour notice for surgeries and cosmetic services including laser). If we are not given adequate notice, a fee of $50.00 may be incurred or forfeiture of any prepayment for cosmetic services. If you are a new patient that cancels with less than a 24 hour notice, you may not be able to reschedule. If you are a new patient and "no show" you will not be allowed to reschedule your appointment.
